Believe it, or don't...., there actually is (finally) a Cuban sandwich shop in Boulder (this image is out in front of their shop). The weird thing is though, that they DO NOT have a medianoche on the menu. Apparently, they decided to do a yuppy-ized Boulder vegetarian version of the Cuban instead. What's a devoted Dexter fan supposed to do? Thankfully, I'll be in Miami at the end of the month...
